​1. Introduction

Welcome to WaveCraft! These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of handmade goods from Wavecraft. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

2. About Our Products

• I offer a variety of handmade artwork, crafts, homewares and furniture and woodwork, including as bespoke commissions - see separate Commissions document.

• Predominantly I use reclaimed, salvaged or upcycled materials where possible.

• Where this is the case therefore, each item is unique and may have slight variations due to the handmade nature of the goods.

• I strive to accurately represent the items with descriptions and images, but slight differences may occur. Please contact Wavecraft if you have any questions at all about my products.

 

3. Orders and Purchases

• Items made for online purchase will be listed in my Etsy shop only. WavecraftCornwall - Etsy UK

• As such, please follow the Etsy selling platform ordering procedure from my shopfront.

• Items made on a commission basis – please see separate T & C’s here.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping via Etsy is done through their own shipping label service based on weight and destination using Tracked/Signed for Royal Mail or Evri digital signature services. I only ship to UK. I will select the most economic service.

• Items made on a commission basis which are able to be posted to you will be sent by a Tracked/signed for service. Contact us if you are able to, or rather, collect in person as an option.

• If you have any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can promptly resolve any problems. 

 

6. Returns and Refunds

• We offer a 14 day return policy, provided any item is unused and in original condition. Postage will not be reimbursed unless the circumstances are particularly unusual.

• Please contact us for return instructions.

• Refunds – depending on the circumstances we can offer repair, replacement, or full or partial refund.

• Please inspect your item upon receipt and report any issues as soon as possible - include photos where useful - so we can resolve any problems promptly and appropriately.

• Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item

 

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is the property of Mike Simmonds, WaveCraft.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without my express permission. 

 

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our goods.

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. 

 

9. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
